This was a full home remodel and furnishings project. Our client had an existing collection of some midcentury modern pieces she wanted to incorporate but also bring in a more traditional and eclectic vibe to the space. This was such a fun project to blend a few styles and rework the entire layout to provide a more open, bright and airy, and functional space for the family to enjoy.
This project was a partial remodel focusing on the kitchen, dining, laundry, kids bath, and family room space. We completely reworked the main living spaces opening up the Kitchen and adding in a Butler's Pantry. We moved the dining room to be the focal point when entering the home and opened the family room to the Kitchen for a more open concept living space. The client's style was Organic Modern with some Spanish touches. We used a lot of natural materials to bring in that organic and textural feel and a few Spanish details mixed in.
This project included renovating the guest space, guest bath, office, master bedroom, playroom and minor kitchen updates. The Guest Suite is to be used as a multi-purpose space for workouts, meditation and a guest room and we incorporated a steam shower into the bathroom! The family room space got a major face lift and it became a play space for the kids but they clients wanted it to feel comfortable for adults as well. Overall the style leans more updated traditional with an casual feel.
In this new build we used a lot of traditional materials and natural stone to create and elevated, sophisticated and timeless design. The client wanted to add a touch of pattern and boldness so we were able to add in some elements like the checkerboard pantry floor and bold marble floating sink in the powder bath. The end result was a bright spacious and airy home the clients were thrilled with!
This project was a full remodel and included reworking the layout. We moved the kitchen to take advantage of the high ceilings and natural light coming in. The focus of this project was really the kitchen and creating an elevated design with neutral tones. We carried the quartzite countertops on the backsplash as well proving that less materials is sometimes more when they pack a big punch!
This new build project was all about mixing old and new. The client loved patterns and color but we wanted the home to still feel somewhat timeless by incorporating antiques and natural materials. The kids bathrooms featured unique tile patterns to add some whimsy to the space while the kitchen was all about bringing in that old world feel.
