This was a full home remodel and furnishings project. Our client had an existing collection of some midcentury modern pieces she wanted to incorporate but also bring in a more traditional and eclectic vibe to the space. This was such a fun project to blend a few styles and rework the entire layout to provide a more open, bright and airy, and functional space for the family to enjoy.
This project began as a furnishings refresh but quickly evolved into a full home remodel with new furniture layered in. The biggest transformation took place in the kitchen, where we reworked the footprint to add a walk-in pantry and maximize storage. Throughout the home, we kept the design transitional, blending warm tones, natural stone, and subtle Spanish-inspired details. By thoughtfully repeating materials, we achieved a minimal yet elevated look that feels cohesive while maintaining a strong sense of design.
This project included renovating the guest space, guest bath, office, master bedroom, playroom and minor kitchen updates. The Guest Suite is to be used as a multi-purpose space for workouts, meditation and a guest room and we incorporated a steam shower into the bathroom! The family room space got a major face lift and it became a play space for the kids but they clients wanted it to feel comfortable for adults as well. Overall the style leans more updated traditional with an casual feel.
In this new build we used a lot of traditional materials and natural stone to create and elevated, sophisticated and timeless design. The client wanted to add a touch of pattern and boldness so we were able to add in some elements like the checkerboard pantry floor and bold marble floating sink in the powder bath. The end result was a bright spacious and airy home the clients were thrilled with!
This project involved a complete gut remodel and addition. We redesigned the entire floor plan, expanded the square footage, and modified the roofline to accommodate 12-foot ceilings in the main living area, enhancing the visual appeal of the exterior elevation. The emphasis was on incorporating a range of natural materials, textures, and tones in a sophisticated, clean manner. Throughout, we utilized white oak, zellige tile, and quartzite stone, demonstrating that sometimes, fewer materials can make a significant impact when chosen thoughtfully.
This home was completely reimagined from the studs, transforming awkward angled hallways into a custom wine cellar and home bar, doubling the size of the kitchen, and adding a pass-through pantry, sauna, and other high-end details that elevate the entire space. The design emphasizes organic materials to seamlessly connect the interiors with the surrounding mountain views. Multiple statement marble slabs introduce dramatic visual impact, while warm neutral tones throughout create a sense of cohesion and understated luxury.
